Since 2006, AHTE — Shanghai International Assembly & Handling Technology Exhibition — has grown with the assembly side of manufacturing, and its centre of gravity now sits with the sectors expanding fastest: smart automotive components and automotive electronics, new-energy vehicle batteries, motors and electronic controls, AI computing infrastructure, the low-altitude economy and energy storage.

Assembly system integration, robotics, electrical automation, sensing and testing, and feeding and handling equipment are presented as working systems in application workshops that run the whole chain — from a single machine to a complete line, from hardware to software. The emphasis is on what the equipment does on a production floor.
