About the show
Fastener Expo Shanghai is a trade fair given over entirely to fasteners. Held in Shanghai since 2010, it has grown into one of the world’s three largest fastener exhibitions and a standing reference point for the industry in China and abroad.
The show gathers the whole chain in one place: the wire, strip and processing services that feed it at one end, finished fasteners and connectors at the other, and the cold-heading and forming machines, moulds, consumables, testing instruments and surface-treatment lines that stand between them. It serves fastener makers, distributors and exporters alongside the industries that consume their output — automotive and auto parts, construction, machinery, furniture, aerospace, rail and shipbuilding. Automotive fasteners, a large slice of that demand, have a place of their own within the show.
