China (Chongqing) International Hot Pot Industry Expo lays out the hot pot catering chain the way that chain actually works: primary-sector ingredients from agriculture, forestry, livestock and fisheries; processed foods, condiments, beverages, packaging and kitchen equipment; and services such as catering chains, digitalisation, intellectual property and finance, arranged through category pavilions and featured zones.

Restaurant groups, franchise operators, distributors and procurement teams use the floor to compare ingredients and equipment, negotiate terms and pick up new products, while ingredient producers, equipment makers and service providers use it to reach the catering buyers who take those products to market.
