About the show

FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, one of China’s leading food and beverage fairs, works in two directions at once: it is a stepping stone for international brands entering and expanding in the Chinese market, and a route to overseas buyers for domestic producers and regional products.

The floor is laid out by product category rather than by company type, running from meat, seafood, dairy and confectionery through coffee and tea, bakery, food processing and packaging, prepared foods and central kitchens, to newer categories such as baby food and food-and-medicine ingredients. Its buyers come from importing, distribution, retail and e-commerce, hotels and catering chains, coffee and bakery businesses, and franchising.
