About the show
International Meat Industry Expo covers China’s meat business from slaughter to cold chain: fresh-keeping cuts, organic and premium beef and mutton, halal meat, poultry and eggs, natural and artificial casings, additives, snack, braised, fermented and quick-frozen meat lines, hotpot ingredients, and the slaughtering, processing, packaging, inspection and cold-chain equipment that bring meat to market. The floor also sets aside space for regional meat-industry clusters and for international meat brands.
It is run as a platform for upgrading across the industry and for global trade, alongside two Shanghai trade shows, one for catering ingredients and one for fisheries and seafood.
