Yunnan International Catering Industry Expo, known as the Yunnan Catering Expo, centres on the province’s signature ingredients — rice noodles, edible fungi, nuts and chilli — alongside food-service ingredient producers from across China, and is built to give catering businesses a direct, face-to-face route to sourcing.

The expo draws on Yunnan’s position as a highland source of ecological ingredients and as a trading hub for Southeast Asia, and covers the ingredient supply chain from growing and processing through to the restaurant kitchen. It brings producers, equipment makers and buyers together around product tasting, channel development, product launches and supply-chain sourcing.
