Baking China is a bakery trade fair held each March at the China International Exhibition Center in Shunyi, Beijing. It has run since 2002 and covers the trade end to end — ingredients and additives, production lines, moulds and ovens, packaging materials and design, coffee and juice equipment, light-meal and ice-cream supply, franchise formats and home-baking kit.

The show sits inside a larger spring catering week: the Qiyang International Catering Exhibition occupies the same halls on the same dates, which is why bakery-equipment buyers and restaurant operators tend to work both floors in one trip. Forums, competitions, a coffee-and-drinks festival and live demonstrations run around the stands, and a franchise zone puts regional bakery and drinks chains in front of people looking to open a first shop.
