China’s bakery trade does its second-half buying at Bakery China Autumn, timed to the months when bakeries, supermarkets and new-retail and fresh-snack channels stock up and the market for festival, travel and wedding gift confectionery opens. It focuses on buyers in central and western China.

The fair covers the industry end to end — ingredients and finished bakery and snack products, production and in-store equipment, packaging, and the services that support them — and it serves as a business and exchange platform for the trade rather than as a display of machinery alone.
