About the show
China Brew China Beverage (CBB) is Asia’s largest and most influential trade fair for the beverage and liquid food industry. Three decades on, it covers the industry’s full production chain, from raw material handling, brewing and fermentation through filling and packaging to logistics, containers and materials. Staged in Shanghai, it is a major international business platform for the sector.
The fair presents new ideas, products and technology across that chain, with a focus on smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, innovative packaging, food safety and health, energy management, and reducing plastic use. It brings domestic and international brands together, runs technical forums alongside the show, and shares a global network with drinktec, the drinks technology fair in Munich.
