China Refrigerated Food Expo follows the frozen and refrigerated food business from ingredient through processing to the cold chain: quick-frozen rice, noodle and flour products, aquatic and meat products, catering ingredients, hotpot and barbecue ingredients, raw and auxiliary materials, seasonings, frozen bakery, coffee and tea drinks, snacks, frozen fruit and vegetables, food processing and packaging equipment, packaging materials, cold-chain logistics technology, franchise chains, and central kitchens with cooking robots.

The expo is built as a full-chain platform linking production, supply and sales, and is presented by its organiser as a leading exhibition for the frozen-products chain. Major Chinese producers use it as their annual showcase, and the floor is organised into themed zones that extend the frozen-food core into bakery, coffee and tea drinks, fruit and snack categories.
