CCFE, China Shenyang International Catering Food & Beverage Expo, is a catering ingredients show for Northeast China, held in Shenyang as a B2B and B2C sourcing platform that links ingredient suppliers with the region’s restaurant trade.

The floor covers the catering chain from end to end: hotpot and barbecue ingredients, meat, seafood, frozen staples, fruit and vegetable products, seasonings and additives, prepared and semi-prepared dishes, drinks, catering equipment and packaging, and franchise brands in Chinese, Western, Korean, Japanese, hotpot, snack, drinks and bakery formats. Around the stands the organiser stages a reverse sourcing meeting between suppliers and buyers, along with tasting counters and new-product showcases.
