Cixi Household Appliances Expo covers household appliances together with the parts, materials and equipment that go into making them. It is held in Cixi, the manufacturing base behind a large share of China’s small appliance output. Ranges run from refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners through water treatment, kitchen and personal care appliances to the motors, sensors, components and packaging lines behind them.

The buying side is made up of appliance distributors, foreign trade companies and cross-border sellers. Because exhibitors are largely manufacturers that sell under their own brands or produce for others, the fair serves as much for comparing factories as for comparing finished products.
