About the show
DMP — the Greater Bay Area Industrial Expo — is an annual industrial trade fair. It brings the metalworking and plastics manufacturing chains together under one roof: CNC machine tools and cutting tools, plastics machinery, die casting and foundry, automation and robotics, manufacturing digitalisation, industrial metrology and quality control, and moulds and metal materials.
First held in 1999, DMP has grown from a mould and die show in Dongguan into a UFI-certified exhibition spanning the whole manufacturing chain, and is one of South China’s longest-running and most comprehensive industrial fairs. Its buyers come from machinery, new energy, aerospace, medical devices, electronics, rail transit and mould making, and professional visitors travel from more than 20 countries and regions. Conferences, technical forums and buyer–supplier matchmaking run alongside the exhibition.
