HOTELEX Shenzhen is the Shenzhen edition of the HOTELEX series of hotel and catering trade shows, and the group’s flagship for South China. It covers ten sectors of the hotel, restaurant, café and bar supply chain: coffee and tea, beverages, food and catering ingredients, catering equipment, tableware and tabletop supplies, bakery, pastries and light meals, group-meal supply chains, wine and spirits, private-label and contract manufacturing, and gifts and lifestyle products.

The show is built around export trade, smart supply-chain sourcing, retail and new-product launches, and is staged within Connexion Shenzhen, a combined food-service, hotel, furniture, health and lifestyle exhibition that gathers the organiser’s show brands for the Greater Bay Area market. HOTELEX runs the Shenzhen event alongside its Guangzhou edition, the two forming twin South China bases.
