About the show
Shanghai Food Expo tracks the catering and food-ingredient supply chain from raw ingredient to service counter: meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables and edible fungi, instant foods and beverages, together with seasonings and the processing, sterilising, packaging and cold-chain equipment that supports them.
The show has grown into one of the larger gatherings for catering ingredients, connecting suppliers with buyers in food service, retail and distribution. It covers the whole chain, from source to table, and runs forums and competitions alongside the stands, making it a meeting point for sourcing, technical exchange and market intelligence.
