About the show

Shanghai International Bus Exhibition (CIBE) is a bus show built around public transport fleets, and it carries its supply chain with it. Bus makers bring complete vehicles — battery-electric, hybrid and hydrogen fuel cell city buses, coaches, airport apron buses and specialised bodies — and component suppliers cover the drivetrain, braking, suspension, body and electrical systems behind them.

Five sections run side by side: complete vehicles, components and parts, new energy technology, smart transport, and services and facilities. Charging infrastructure, hydrogen supply equipment, depot scheduling and ticketing systems therefore sit in the same halls as the vehicles, and the audience mixes bus operators, municipal transport authorities, depot engineers and overseas procurement delegations.
