Shenzhen International Fisheries & Seafood Expo is a trade fair for the fisheries supply chain in the Pearl River Delta, built around moving product from landing and farming to wholesale, food service and retail. The floor is organised by category rather than by origin: live, frozen and chilled seafood, aquaculture and hatchery stock, distant-water catch with the vessels and gear behind it, processing lines, prepared and further-processed products, imported seafood, and the cold chain, finance and logistics that sit underneath all of it.

Visitors are seafood traders, processors, supermarket and convenience-store buyers, restaurant and hotel purchasing teams, group-catering supply chains, community group-buying platforms and live-commerce sellers. The show also has a public face, with cooking and cutting events in the halls and district-level celebrations staged across the city during the run.
