About the show

The shipbuilding supply chain, from hull steel to bridge electronics, converges on one floor in Dalian at the International Shipbuilding, Marine Equipment and Offshore Engineering Exhibition for China. Yards and offshore builders show complete vessels and platforms at one end; propulsion, deck machinery, electrical and navigation systems, pumps, valves and seals fill the middle; and classification societies, port operators, shipping lines and research institutes complete the chain.

Dalian is home to several of China’s largest yards and marine equipment plants, and the show is where those yards, the suppliers that equip them and the owners who place the orders meet. Forums, buyer-supplier matchmaking sessions and visits to nearby yards and supplier factories run alongside the stands.
