About the show

World Seafood Shanghai is held in Shanghai, the Chinese port city at the centre of the country’s seafood trade. It connects fishing and farming sources, processing supply chains, catering distribution channels and end markets, and covers the seafood chain from catching and aquaculture through deep processing and prepared-dish development to cold-chain distribution, equipment and international trade.

The fair is built as a sourcing and trade platform rather than a consumer show. It brings together seafood companies from China and overseas, buyers and suppliers, and is paired with forums, industry meetings, product launches and trade-matching services that let exhibitors and buyers work through enquiries, quotations and contacts on site.
